Membership Cancellation
How do I cancel my membership?
To terminate membership, the Member must mail or personally request membership termination or cancellation. The effective termination date of the Member's membership shall be at the end of the next billing cycle or at the end of the Membership Minimum Term. If membership is terminated effective immediately, all outstanding fees and membership dues will be due at the time of termination.
Can I can cancel over the phone or email?
You can request an exception to the cancellation policy by emailing us at info@theironoffice.com
Please note that we may not reply to all emails, direct messages, or phone calls. Emailing, messaging, or calling does not constitute adequate notification for cancellation. Unless you receive written confirmation of an exception, the aforementioned in-person notification will be required and recommended to ensure all cancellations are processed correctly.
